The paper used for laminating is generally coated paper, offset paper, whiteboard paper, etc. When the paper is wrinkled, there are generally the following seven conditions:
1.the temperature control of the workshop is improper. The relative humidity is too high, the paper absorbs moisture and "flanges", causing the paper to wrinkle during the film coating process, and the temperature and humidity of the workshop must be strictly controlled.
2.the environmental humidity is too high or the film humidity is too high, the paper will be "tight edge", causing the paper to wrinkle. It can be used to flatten the plate, increase the number of times of knocking and kneading the paper before laminating, and reduce the environment and laminating temperature.
3. the roller pressure is not uniform, causing the paper to wrinkle during the film coating process. In this case, the drum pressure should be corrected first, and then the boot operation.
4. the roller itself is uneven, resulting in wrinkling of the paper in the film, should be replaced by a new roller or the old roller grinding and then used.
5. there is dirt on the rubber roller, causing the paper to wrinkle when the film is covered, the rubber roller should be cleaned in time, and the rubber roller must be kept clean frequently.
6. the tensile force is too large, the film is rolled up and torn, causing the paper to wrinkle when the film is coated, and the tensile force should be adjusted appropriately.
7. the paper is skewed, causing the paper to wrinkle when the film is coated. The operation must be careful to make the paper feed flat.
