Ultrasonic generator

The mains power is converted into high-frequency and high-voltage AC current and transmitted to the ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic transducer is equivalent to an energy conversion device, which can convert input electrical energy into mechanical energy, namely ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic transducer performs telescopic movement back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the frequency of the telescopic movement is equal to the frequency of the high-frequency AC current supplied by the driving power supply.

The ultrasonic horn amplifies the output amplitude of the ultrasonic transducer.

Ultrasonic cutting knife

The amplitude is further amplified and the ultrasound is focused.Output ultrasonic waves, and use the cutting knife to concentrate the ultrasonic energy into the cutting part of the material being cut. Under the action of huge ultrasonic energy, this part instantly softens and melts, and its strength is greatly reduced. Only a small amount of force is required to cut the material.

Classification

According to the ultrasonic cutting machine, the cutting methods can be divided into: knife cutting machine and chopping board cutting machine. The two cutting methods are suitable for different process conditions and cutting objects.

Knife type

The knife-type cutting machine loads ultrasonic waves onto the cutting tool, causing the tool to vibrate ultrasonically, thus achieving the cutting effect.

Chopping board style

The chopping board cutting machine loads ultrasonic vibrations onto the cutting bottom mold. This bottom mold is like a chopping board used in daily life, causing the chopping board to generate ultrasonic vibrations, which can also achieve the cutting effect, and the cutting tool does not need to be changed in any way. Use Ordinary knives will do.
